during the trip to indiana my mom and i listened to john denver almost non-stop because my ipod stopped working in utah [BIG surprise]. anywho i remembered how much i love this song, not only is this song my favorite john denver song but it is also the first song i learned to play on my beautiful black cut away guitar, appropriately named annie.

this is the month. ahhh! leaving is so bittersweet and this is a song that will get a lot of plays this month :] i love the feeling that i get when i am on a llooooonnnnnnggggg car ride/drive and i can just sit there and watch the scenery pass me by and absorb it all, not worrying about anything but that moment and wanting everyone i love to experience it with me, yes i know that sounds cheesy but hey what can i say [o and btw i only do that when i am the passenger don't worry i am a safe driver...most of the time ;) ]
so as i travel the country at the end of the month i promise there will be 3x5s just not too many. i will be taking my time and taking it all in.

the song this month was an easy choice. it had to be my favorite considering it is the month of my birth :] haha anywho when i first heard this song i listened to it non-stop hence it is the top song on my itunes, the number of times i have listened to it though...yeah that's staying a secret.
but if you haven't heard it go on myspace and listen to it, it is probably the sweetest song ever.

i downloaded kelly's album "all i ever wanted"early ( :X ) but let me tell you. it is totally worth it, this album is exactly how i feel in life right now and this song is so dead on it's scary.
